Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of www.soulartcenter.com.

www.soulartcenter.com does not offer refunds. Our policy states that all clients who pre-book a class and do not attend or cancel that class at least 5 hours before the start time will be charged the full amount for that class. Unlimited package holders will have one day deducted from the validity of their package. Please note the expiry dates of your passes as these dates are firm and no exceptions will be made.
